Authorized Use of Metropolitan Ministries’ Registered Trademarks
Advertising, Promotional, and Sales Materials
Only Metropolitan Ministries and its authorized partners may use the Metropolitan Ministries Logo in advertising, promotional, and sales materials. Such authorized parties may use the Metropolitan Ministries Logo only as specified in their agreement with Metropolitan Ministries and any associated guidelines, and such use must always be in conjunction with the appropriate terms that define the relationship authorized by their contract agreement with Metropolitan Ministries.
Depictions of Metropolitan Ministries
- Endorsement or Sponsorship: Metropolitan Ministries does not support the use of its logo, name, service names, or images by other parties in marketing, promotional or advertising materials without express written permission, as their use may create the perception that Metropolitan Ministries endorses or sponsors a product, service, company or promotion.
- Compatibility: You may show an image of the Metropolitan Ministries logo in your promotional/advertising materials to depict that your organization is a partner with, or otherwise works with, Metropolitan Ministries, provided you comply with the following requirements:
- Your organization is in fact compatible with, or otherwise works with, Metropolitan Ministries.
- The image is an actual photograph of the genuine Metropolitan Ministries logo and not an artist’s rendering(Note: You must obtain express written permission from Metropolitan Ministries in advance before using any logo or photograph owned by Metropolitan Ministries.)
- Metropolitan Ministries is shown only in the best light, in a manner or context that reflects favorably on Metropolitan Ministries and its services.
- The reference to Metropolitan Ministries does not create a sense of endorsement or sponsorship by, or other false association with, Metropolitan Ministries.
