Metropolitan Ministries Metro Market Food Box Services will be transitioning back indoors, and the drive-through will be discontinued starting Monday, October 12th at both the Hillsborough and Pasco County locations. We will be maintaining CDC and State guidelines of social distancing and limited 25% occupancy.

Our Family Support Center hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements:  

  • Appointments/Check-in must be done through the mobile App
  • Temperature Checks
  • Masks must always be worn
  • COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire 
  • Client Profile documentation: ID and Utility bill/lease
  • Households are eligible every two weeks

Please note appointments must be made through the App and can only be made while on property. There will be limited appointments per day opening in the morning and afternoon.

Los servicios de Metropolitan Ministries Metro Market cajas de alimentos regresara a dentro del edificio y el servicio de autoservicio sera discontinuada a partir del Lunes 12 de Octubre en el condado de Hillsborough y Pasco. Mantendremos las pautas estatales de CDC de distanciamiento social y la ocupación sera limitada a 25%.

Horas de operación: Lunes-Viernes, 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Requisitos:

  • Citas/registro deben de realizarse a través de la aplicación móvil
  • Verificación de temperatura
  • Las máscaras siempre deben estar puestas
  • Cuestionario de detección sobre COVID-19
  • Documentación perfil del cliente: identificación y factura/ arrendamiento de servicios públicos
  • Los hogares son elegibles cada dos semanas

Tenga en cuenta: Las citas deben de hacerse a través de la aplicación y solo se pueden hacer mientras se encuentre en la propiedad. Habrá citas limitadas por día que se abrirán por la mañana y por la tarde.
